POLICY FOR USER
1. ARTHA is your home tuition service provider.2. Any complain regarding class is immediately submit to our customer care.
3. After submission of complaint wait for 24 hours.
4. When complain is not resolve after 24 hours of submission of complain date Then email your problem along with your user ID number at email@example.com.
5. Any kind of reward and price benefits is not allowed to be paid to tutor.
6. Any problem regarding tutor personality or behavior whether it’s too minor must be inform to Artha immediately.
7. ARTHA always take quarterly advance fee through cheque, cash, DD & online mode.
8. inability of payment within ten days after completion of class cause to discontinuity of student class.
9. in case of any legal dispute regarding class is proceed in jurisdiction of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
POLICY FOR TUTOR
1. Mobile application and web panel is mandatory for punching attendance.2. In case of any problems regarding class it must be informed to ARTHA.
3. No amount directly received from parents.
4. Leave application is submit through mobile application or website.
5. When in case of inability for taking class it must inform to parents immediately.
6. If any gilt found then penalty should be imposed by ARTHA.
7. Leave request submission at least two days before leave date.
8. Fee amount is credited within a week from the date of completion of 20 class (each class is consist 70 minutes).
9. No amount of fee in advance.
10. In case of any emergency it must inform to Artha & parents.
11. Artha only gives working days payment.
12. RS. 300. Charges will Be Applicable As Registration Fee.
13. No amount of fraction classes possible
